I have been to the California one... as a guest  I did not pay.. so I did not sit through each module but it is somewhat like a fire hose.. you start at 8 am and go to mid night each day.. there is one speaker after the other teaching you all sorts of different things.. much of it very detailed Like what a square of roofing should costs etc.

I am building some specs right now in Seaside and part of our marketing is we are above the Tsunami zone.Although if its a 600 foot wave like the article talked about we would still get wiped out as we are only about 150 feet above MSL.

For instance if you need a new roof, we'd have pricing based upon a square price (100 sq ft area of roof) if you needed a new layer, an amount if you're doing a full tear off, replacing plywood sheathing, etc.
