The other thing to do is a google search for "we buy houses (insert area here)" Go to all of the websites, and 9 out of 10 of them will have an area to sign up for their buyers list.

This included 3 Apartments plus a bonus 16 bay garage with below market rents and high vacancy.

My initial feeling is to give him money after we close on deals anywhere from $500-$1,000.. but I was also considering giving him a volume lead bonus for tiers like for every 250 houses or 500 houses and also give him a weekly gas card like $30 per week.
