Do we need to provide a lot of documents to get a loan on LLC or is it a lengthy process to get loan on LLC istead getting a loan on individual persons?.

I don't have any recommendations but the Nolo series might be good for you because landlords absolutely need to be aware of the laws regarding their business.

Hi everyone,I have a duplex financed in my name, but then I transferred title to single owner LLC with a quit claim deed.  

If I create a separate LLC to manage my properties, who is labial if I get sued?  

Once something is in my long term portfolio, I deed it from the short term (development) llc, and into the holding company llc.

Purchase price: $121,000 Cash invested: $2,000Our first property was bought under our LLC with our HELOC.

Get my LLC setup and have full access for support for 90 days.

Also, if I end up transferring it to an LLC a 1031 exchange would work after I build up equity or am I missing something?
