All mechanicals new or updated, new kitchen, updated bath, added finished sf in basement, new floors, paint, deck, landscaping, feature pallet wood throughout houseWhat was the outcome?

I'm using the VA loan because I like the 0% down and no mortgage insurance features. 

I was just thinking a nice feature would be to add a badge that says 'BP Conference 2019' attendee to let others know who is planning on attending the Conference?
