I see the point with zoning, building and subdivision requirements, but multiple owners makes not a subdivision.

You may want to see the book “Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds” which is about financial manias and investor phsycology.

I'm 62 and I firmly believe I'll see the dollar slip away from leading currency in my lifetime, and I don't expect to live till I'm 100!

This broker relies on comps provided by the RE agent and county tax values.I was thinking the buyers insurance was a life insurance policy of some sort.They got in trouble financially because a child of theirs got involved in a cult and the whole fiasco cost them a great deal of money.The stories don't totally add up because there are financial problems but are able to come up with money after all to buy another place.I can ask to see the comps and go check them out.

I could see the productive farmland angle.

Our bank scans all deposit slips so we can see the image online.

I won't move on it of course, until I see the inside.  

I just don't see the market continuing in this way.
