It seems it is a gray area to the 7 lenders I asked.

(I ran some numbers and it seemed like I would make less working with them) I'm not even sure how I would calculate the tax benefits.Is this a common situation, if so what are typical terms?

The market just seems better in almost every way and I have family living not far from that location if emergencies come up with the property.

I've read and heard from others that recommend creating a marketing package and sending it over to the various real estate teams as these national retailers/fast food chains - this just seems ineffective in all honesty. 

All my goals point to Triplex&Hold, but there are few rent-cost & multi-fam ARV comps in the area, so it seems less predictable. 

I am inclined to ignore the letter because to me it seems like they are asking me to provide information that will raise my property taxes. 

With rising operating costs, food trucks seem to be a more economical option for people looking to pursue their food service dreams.Just my thoughts on it.

Seems a little too good to be true 

The fact that a court can take property from somebody and give it to somebody else seems unconstitutional.That being said, it is a very interesting topic.
