I am considering investing in Colorado Springs District 20.

I dont have experience with being a landlord in any state aside from Colorado and I have not yet had to evict a tenant.There are several articles below which show similar top states that are landlord friendly repeatedly.

I wouldn't mind them as my own views (I have mountain views and lake views at my primary/vacation house) though the one in Colorado is for sure in BFE and probably so is the one on the lake.

The deal is through Colorado State Bank and Trust.  

We have a few medium-term rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs (and have a lot of investors doing mid-term rentals as well.)

I thought that was too big a risk. 15 years later, that home rents for $3,500 and increased $400,000 in value.My very first home in Colorado Springs was bought in 1998.
