Kyle Buterbaugh Traditional financing - non owner occupied will likely require 25% down with a balloon (5-10years) So you are looking around 14k as a round number.Seller financing may have compassion and require a lower down payment up front and will likely have a higher interest rate with balloon.

I got the Penny round mosaic tiles for my bathroom walls and I think they look equally or maybe more amazing. 1 suggestion though, don’t get any dark-colored tiles for your bathroom - light colors like white or beige, it will make your bathroom look bigger.
