I started out bird dogging, going door to door with a foreclosure list and eventually worked my way up to managing 30+ properties throughout the entire short sale process with their respective lenders.

My opinion to you is try to work with him but respectfully give him a timeframe as the deals seems just and there would be other cashbuyers eager to close with you.  

We have come to the conclusion that we need a wide angle lense to take great photos of our units for advertisment (the inside photos).We have everything we need for 35mm - camera, lenses etc., but we do not want to use film.We want to go digital with a new camera and use the old 35mm lenses (not that old actually 5-6 years with very little use).

I especially like the first couple of photos.

I have no dillusions of getting rich quick, but I don't see why I can't earn a respectable income.
