Highland Square reminds me of an area in Portland I was trying to buy in that just blew up.

We reminded him to call back if there was an issue and we needed to terminate.

I have always found that open houses when renting take 2 to 3 confirmation reminder calls.  

It won't estimate your specific costs, because it is specific to MA and NH, but it will help you understand some of the costs involved and remind you not to forget things like water/sewer while you hold, etc.

I also have to remind my accountant each year that it's a solo, so he calculates correctly.

Could have sworn I posted to this before......what it does remind me of are a few sellers who did not cooperate with me as a lender.

Having lived in Florida just a few years ago and personally witnessing all the empty commercial centers help to remind me of this belief.As you get older, it is easier to own larger complexes and I have done that.

Perhaps it should bother me more than it does and I appreciate you bringing the hammer down on my kool aid party and I will definitely take all you said into advisement:-) Also, thanks for the reminder that nosey neighbors aren't really a good reason to get rid of a winning property.Thank you again everyone!
