Seriously,  you think the PM is just like some random hobo?

We think she just picked a random thing because either the owners changed their mind about renting the house or they decided to get more money for it.  

And it's always so random.

Then I pass by on July 4th and there's some random dude BBQing on the small front porch of the wood frame house.

Five random thoughts...1 - There's a lot of tiny house technology that you could draw inspiration from.2 - Google "Kitchenette" and you'll see that you can place a workable kitchen in the unit.

I know there are true service animals, but many of the emotional support animal claims seem to be bogus and ways to get around the 'no pet policy'.I like the idea of requiring documentation from a certified medical doctor vs some random online source. 

I wouldn't say they are OVERLY picky, but they definitely make you fix random things you didn't think they would care about.

I have gotten the random butt dial, however.

We've been in the house 2 years never been late or done anything to Break lease rules and now I'm useing him for private money but it all started with him trusting us and his gut Well if you were a landlord you'd learn pretty quick that randomly "giving people a shot" when they're clearly not qualified will lead to a lot of uncollected rent and evictions. 

It has to be random so no one expects it.
