It's a cool town with a good bar / restaurant scene and the commuter rail is like 20 minutes into Boston (you also have the ferry option).

It’s great that you are getting educated and hopefully applying that knowledge as real estate is in my opinion the best vehicle for wealth creation.

The property will likely not appreciate as quickly as a property further away from the rail line.

All my current investments worked when I bought them and they will continue to work, even if rent rates stop rising for the next ten years.If you think housing is forever doomed, you should find another investment vehicle that's more stable and proven.

The city voters just approved a 7 billion transit proposition that will create more rail lines for passenger trains throughout the city. https://cbsaustin.com/news/loc...That will make the city more walkable in the future.
