In 20 years of land lording I have never had a case of false identity (that I know of).I don't think this is worth wasting mental energy on.

I find this mentality more empowering than believing that there special people.

I think the younger generation prioritizes freedom to move around and switch jobs more than previous generations, where the priority was setting up a comfortable life and starting a family.

Can the home owner take legal action against this guest for mental harassment and wrongful accusation?

I don't think he'll return full time, but I think he will make regular appearances on the show, I'm guessing he's making this move to prioritize his other business. 

I can tell you that I wish I had my current mindset when i first began investing in 2004 (cashflow/business/ROI focused vs RE always goes up mentality). 

Can't tell you enough how many inaccurate (always high side) current rent estimates and unrealistic rent growth rate projections I've heard/read and suffered from. 2) Have mental and $ reserves - you have to accept that "stuff" will happen.

If everyone has a team mentality, open & frank discussions about properties should be possible and lead to an investor acquiring a good investment.

I'd like input and opinions from anyone about prioritizing the projects, as a first-time investor/landlord.

It would appear they're prioritizing life expenses over housing.
