If you consume less, you will have a credit and obviously then if you consume more than is in your "fuel tank" it has to come from somewhere, which is in fact from the utility.If you are excited by the tax credit, I would assume that you typically have a tax liability each year.

If anyone has any good places to start, specifically with regards to Eastern PA markets, any guidance is truly appreciated.

I've never been to one and I'm pretty excited to learn/teach.

Many of his tenants pay weekly or biweekly so the prospect of getting a couple hundred of their move-in fee back when they leave is pretty exciting to most.

And you need to make decisions based on the numbers not fear or excitement.
