I have actually had a ton of responses using this recently, and it has the added bonus of being able to determine things about the potential tenants by viewing their profiles (are they pet owners, do they post about being jobless/evicted/going to jail, etc.).

Combine that with Craigslist, rentometer and local property manager sites that advertise rentals in your market.In my market most owners don't allow pets.

I don't use berber because if they drip dry clothes or such on berber...it stains (even if there's no pet) and will clean up, but when it dries the original stains will ALWAYS be there.
