I think I would pass due to the sheer pain in the butt factor - lol

If it was cost effective I would get the windows like I have in my home that have the blinds inside the window pains.. at least I have them on my man doors.. not on my regular window.. we have wood blinds there ( plantation) but those would get destroyed in a rental setting.its a tough one... you can get paper blinds as well just get used to replacing them very frequently just goes with the territory and the renter demographic and class of tenant frankly

It might be a pain to get rid of after the fact...

I once had to take a city to the OMB after they rejected a minor variance application, which was a pain, but I did get it approved.When you're comfortable that the numbers would work, call up a city planner.

Some people go through a lot of struggles and pains just to maintain their good name, instead of taking the easy way out.

ectid=g...The waiting game is never fun but getting in over your head can be much more painful.

They both had some MAJOR growing pains last year too and have been notoriously understaffed.

It is always going to be painful, though, because our tax code is set up to punish you for excelling.
