-what type of low down payment financing options do I have outside of FHA?

I have so many options, rent a place for a few months until I find a new primary, stay with friends or parents for a bit, hell I could even live in one of my flips since that’s my main source of cash and always have one going on. 

I’m kind of at a point where I feel impartial to every option.

This is the Selling Side: Then, I find a Tenant Buyer who has $25,000 to $50,000 to put down and I sell the property to them on a lease option.

There are definitely better creative finance options out there. 

Separately, piercing the corporate veil will rarely be the first option or the priority of plaintiffs attorney.

Haven't ran into them yet in my search, but I'll definitely look at other options aside from them.

However, if you're limited on time passively investing in GP deals that you have fully vetted and trust the operator is a great option.
