They are often quite simple, have few parts, and can be easy to troubleshoot and even do some routine maintenance and minor repairs yourself.I've had to deal with a couple furnace issues in the last year, in both cases a bad logic board was the cause, and we only discovered this after having multiple HVAC companies come out and assess the problem, struggle to find the root cause, often replace other parts unnecessarily, and ultimately shrug their shoulders and recommend a full replacement at $5k+.In one case, I went online, bought a logic board and installed it myself to fix a furnace that wasn't working consistently.

With all the online resources available the front/back office part of it is pretty seamless once you get it down.

Also, some debt collection companies I think will just buy the debt from you but of course you will get a small portion.

I personally think filing yourself is worth the cost savings, as opposed to hiring an attorney, but of course the answer may different for someone else that can't afford to leverage their time and energy.Good luck!

I personally have my own NMLS ID and so does my company (you can find me and my company online).  

If you have already spent money on other courses about wholesaling and flipping my suggest is to not buy another course and just take action.

Of course, I'm not promising you'll qualify for a 1031, but there's a slim ray of hope depending on the specifics of your situation (again, definitely contact a QI and ask).
