I have a 3 and 5-year old and can't imagine willingly stepping into such a thing...that's just me.As far a loan, you want to a normal owner-occupied residential loan.

Also you will probably need a registered agent unless you can receive process during normal business hours.

Example: really nice 350k property, HGTV ready, multiple offers - my clients had a home sale contingency and a VA loan, normally a non-starter and we still got the deal!

I'm seeing just as many people wanting to see homes and being "on the prowl" as normal, but the difference is -- ALL are retail home-buyers. 

It is an unrealistic proposal to expect there is a way to sanitize an area like a normal residence.If there WAS a way to sanitize a public area effectively, we would have many fewer deaths at hospitals because of the contagion at hospitals.Broom clean is good enough!

Its normally pretty hard to get it done during normal times....the current inventory crisis however makes it impossible.

Normally, I would urge you to invest local for your first property.

Is this the way you normally send it? 

When I first started 10 days was normal option period or at least not unusual...then it moved to 7 as the market got stronger, now not unusual to see 3 and 5 or 0.
