Increased that work , lost work, had prices cut, you name it, it was a struggle to say the least, However the past two years I was able to partner with another contracting company and together weve grown, we have multiple crews at our disposal, an in house licensed electrician, plumber and hvac guy, concrete finishers, carpenters, general laborers an in house realtor etc.

I think 15% is reasonable if I am not charging property management fees, but is it also reasonable for finding the properties (working through multiple realtors), performing the due diligence, and project managing the rehab - or is 10% more appropriate, and then charge a fee for Management down the line.
