Do each of the individuals investing in the syndicate need their own LLC?

Hi - Any large property managers (50+ STRs) who manage properties for other owners, what is your most preferred PMS? What are its pros and cons for you?

@Maryann Fialdini, I hate to say it but you need a good real estate lawyer IN YOUR STATE because HOA laws vary somewhat from place to place.

Any advice for all you experienced landlords is very much appreciated.

However, office vacancy rates remain high and are expected to peak at 19.8% by mid-2025.Larger companies are still reducing space, while smaller firms are shifting toward expansion, having reassessed their post-pandemic office needs.

I also have significant equity in my home, which I believe gives me a HELOC option for acquiring my first property to BRRRR or flip once I feel educated enough to  do so.The BP podcast has already taught me so much, and I'm gratefully here hoping to learn, share, and apply all you amazing people have to teach. 

Also, would I need an umbrella policy if I go with commercial grade policy?  

If their kid was on a breathing machine, they would need a lot more than $600 to cover the expenses.
