Hi Jennie,From experiences in the CT/MA market, commission structures typically vary based on type of representation (IE - Listing Broker or Tenant Broker) asset (class A,B,C), SF Size, Lease Term, Lease Type and Ultimately what is considered "market". 

I was just wondering what provisions go into the lease in MA for Section 8 Renters?

Given that, I am looking to branch out and go up the road a bit to find the next deal.I've been doing quite a bit of research on the market in New Bedford, Massachusetts and believe it is my next target market.

@jason ma @Jason Ma - I’m an investor from Indiana and I’d recommend looking at Madison county...the greater Indy growth is pushing up I-69 (northeast side) and a lot of job growth moving into that area..

Here and in MA many towns require a business license for a regular boarding house and there are other issues when you provide supervision. 

@Stephen Homes I would check with your state, but in Massachusetts that is illegal.
