It looks like you are not able to get lending because your Debt-to-Income ratio is too high.You should figure out what your DTI ratio is.If you are buying cash-flowing rentals, your rentals should actually be helping you get future loans easier.

Also remember that Real estate is a long-term play so even if the cash flow isn't a "home run" right now you can refi later and hopefully even pull out some equity you can put down on another one, bringing you closer to financial freedom.Thanks for reading BP!

I assume that I don't actually have to pay the capital gains until the principal repayment exceeds my cost basis, which on an amortized loan would be quite awhile (assuming they don't refinance and pay me off altogether).
