With a solid background in property management—both running my own business and managing 192 doors for a nationwide company—I’m now diving into investment real estate!

I have bene in Real Estate appraisal for the last 3 years. 

He gives a straight no chaser view of properties in Cleveland, and the good bad and ugly of Cleveland real estate investing.

I would love to stay here with either a lease-to-own-option, or, to get a big cut off of my rent as a property manager for the building, since I am a licensed real estate agent. 

I did get my real estate in North Carolina during covid but then decided to move and settle in Denver, CO. 

I would also pull out enough cash to go and buy more real estate to help increase cash flow.

You are relying on guests to properly build and control a fire.There is no way I would expect guests to be making a fire and keeping in in control.If you are in the Rocky Mountain west, fire danger is a real thing and one stray spark from some green wood popping could create a wild fire.

I would find a local bank that works with real estate investors and open an account there.

But today’s market is one where real assessments can be made.
