Plus at retirement age you have to sell to start making RMD’s, unless this is a small portion of your retirement IRA funds...Most likely anyone inheriting it would have to sell to take their require distributions.

So, if you do inherit any such tenants, be sure to get the info of who you need to deal with directly from the seller (or tenant, as they should have phone numbers to reach their offices) BEFORE you close.
