They also do not know not to spill grease or oil down the sink. 

No one was interested due to some minor oil contamination that occurred when bank removed underground oil tank.

I would cut them a break, but don't stop being the squeaky wheel, you will get your oil.

Gas might not be an option and oil isn't viable for split utilities for a 4 unit.
