I was in your position earlier this year and made a choice based on calling and speaking with a number of companies, as well as getting their rates.

I just think the market is so different here we have no choice to get in the market but with single properties either a family home outside the CBD or an apartment closer.

Remember people live paycheck to paycheck by choice.

With an increase in home/apartment construction to accommodate the even larger generation, the Millennials, there will be a huge surplus of both homes and rental units on the market.

He should invest in a larger property to avoid any capital gains or recapture.

And if they don't want to bend, if they don't realize that my solicitude and kindness to them in the past was a choice, not the only way I know how to live and deal with people, not a weakness to exploit, then they get a less pleasant and accommodating landlord in their lives.

The bank is not giving me a choice in the appraisal company and I have used the one they use in the past and I always get real low appraisals.

I'm just still not quite sure how I leverage it to benefit me in finding larger multi-families as I begin to focus more on that next step in the coming year. 

Probably not the wisest financial investment but want to treat myself some.not a bad choice :-)
