I will say if you are actively trying to take multiple loans out at once, the lender will limit their exposure to you to 1-2 deals at most until those loans have been paid back.

@Salvador Covarrubias I support the above comments, any time an appraisal comes back with subject to or listing deferred maintenance, the lender will require those items to be remedied or fixed prior to closing.

can i rent my primary house as rental property for 3 years and come back and stay as primary after 3 years ( this is basically to avoid the tax) . is it still considered as primary residence or is it considered as rental property

Some will be sight unseen, some will be third party mediated and those "auctions" always have ghost bidders to get to the reserve so you will see a property come back again and again.What was your goal in going on here?
