I'd recommend you get involved with atleast one of them and start plugging in.

Start learning how much painting or carpet costs per square foot.

I would research the tax rolls and find the square footage and go research comps for your neighborhood.

O-OH no--zillow isn't showing the square feet of the comps any more--and I don't like their new map!

We each have our own interests, preferences, comfort zone and I just can't agree that everyone needs to be involved in RE as implied.No disrespect intended...
