I wish I would have done a checklist because I'm pretty intuitive but I was naive in this instance.

If your unit is stuck in the '70's with no amenities, 1 bath and a funky layout, it'll be worth less.

TI, McAfee, Intuit, Fossil, Erikson, Raytheon, BCBS, Dell, HP, Tenent Healthcare...I could go on and on, are already there and expanding.  

And keeps the seller in control of the asset until they are paid off.Not sure why investor want to buy upside down houses though seems counter intuitive..

Has anyone tries sparkrent (by intuit) for ACH and CC rental payment ?

Though I am to understand that QuickBooks - and other Intuit - product offering have made great strides in recent years in their realization there is a big world outside of the U.S.A. 

It's not far from the beach, close to some new high end outlets, has 3 ocean view decks, and the layout is perfect to accommodate around 14 or so.

It sits within Gmail (which I find to be convenient than having two separate web pages open), it searches the internet for online profiles of people I connect with (which sometimes helps me better get to know the person I'm talking to), and I have found it to be more intuitive than the bit I played around with Salesforce, Zoho, and Hubspot CRM.
