I want to simply create capital at this early phase of  my experience.  

I've been in the education phase and looking for B&H opportunities for the last 3-4 months.

I don't think that is a lot of money to live my whole life with at all, that's why I want to invest that money and maintain a positive income until it turns into a lot more money.In life we go through two big phases. 

What phase is this redevelopment (City Master Plan)currently?

That being said we would like to begin a comprehensive marketing plan to maximize the pre leasing during the construction phase.
