this is a leader to get you to repond then its the old credit card scam.. they help you apply for a bunch of credit cards you could get on your own and they charge you 3,500 for the privilege .What they try to get you into is credit cards that have the teaser first year rate then it goes to normal rates. this for someone who can stroke a check can easily be gotten with out these folks. and if you don't have 50k in your bank account your taking a huge risk of piling up CC debt and then be totally fubared if your deal does not work or does not work on time..

Although it would be ideal to have the fridge farther from the sink, I agree that viewing the side from the living room may make the space seem smaller.

Other than that, they have been working great and are ideal where there is either no possibility of ducting (vaulted Ceilings for example) or to save installing ducting.If you have good ducting then I would recommend a traditional AC unit.Good luck

If all you want to do is see the property all the landlord has to do is give them a 24 hour notice of intent to enter, ideally post a sign on the door, and he can enter.
