I was more so asking what would the difference be and what your group would offer.A couple of clarifications.The WNY REI group does charge a membership and last I knew it was only $80 for the year with that though they did provide food at the end of each meeting.The exchangers group did not charge.New BP group, also no fees.

I drive 45 min to 1.5hr for these areas living in the DC area, there are no magic bean stalks (and please do not misinterpret anything I have written to think there are any magic, or get rich quick, solutions).

These kinda of "neighbor" issues happen no matter what type property you are working on, whether you in a high-end hood with a bunch of rich folks, or a low-end hood with a bunch of not so rich folks, NEIGHBORS are always something your team will have to contend with.

I returned from a trip to Ft Collins and while the city is beautiful and has some nice attractions, I think it is a bit rich for my blood at this point.
