They are NOT okay with a Living Trust owning the LLC.Has anyone run into this issue, and do you have a workaround (if any)?

My wifes house is nearly payed off and we are thinking of buying a new one and doing a live and flip while we rent out our current house... and meanwhile I am really trying to get all the info and contacts so I can pull the trigger on a deal once I find a good one and have the tools to take it down succesfully. 

We have not been able to rent due to permitting issues.

Primarily I'm looking to get into fix and flips then move into long term rentals.

If the lease is silent on the issue, you should give reasonable notice (normally 30-60 days prior to end of lease term).
