It was pricey but had a lot of good information and the coaching environment is favorable for beginning investors, the coaches hold you accountable and give you a framework.People that complain about the programs are the ones that don't apply any of the knowledge and then blame the guru.

Don't expect them to drop everything and run right over to provide a quote and don't act as if you're doing them a favor by giving them the opportunity to work with you.Like I said good service providers aren't cheap and cheap service providers aren't good.
