There is a 90 day onboard where during the first month of the onboard you work on creating your visions and dreams, figure out what you can do for others and how to execute those goals, get assigned with people in the community who are in a similar situation as you and mentors to guide you, put me into group chats with people doing what I desire, introduce me to people in specific asset classes.

There will still be some MF deals that go bad, as everyone has a bad deal, but I think we are going to see a lot more MF deals go bad than usual because of the lack of experience.Similar to 2006 when college kids were raising money to build condos in miami, we are seeing the same past few years where people with little experience were buying MF deals with no idea and were doing ok because at that time it was like shooting fish in a barrel.

This can work - I personally would be very careful using my parents equity and start small but everyone has different risk tolerance.

Hi Everyone,We are three buddies starting out the investment together and have an LLCregistered.Now that we have identified the property to buy ,we reached out to AXOS and were given the option to take conventional and transfer the title after closing / take an LLC loan at a higher interest rate (1.5% more)Should we go the conventional route and then transfer the title after closing ?
