Has anyone ever heard of a company named Zip Realty?

Not one other agent in the office had ever been to one and many thought it very strange of him to do so (even though, if I had bought, he would have got the listing within a month on the flip.)

Also heard it can't ever have been in an LLC.

When you consider that this man's advice came from having survived the double digit inflation of the 1970s (during which he lost a large commercial property on an adjustable rate commercial mortgage - but didn't quit), the recession and S&L fallout of the 1980s and the most recent meltdown and ever smaller boom and bust in between - this advice is not to be taken lightly. 80 years of work and an excellent legacy he has left.

The last person I ever want in my property is someone that is going to be high maintenance and call me all the the time....my motto is no high maintenance girlfriends or tenants.
