So without any luck and the holidays around the corner we are considering renting out our current home so we can buy a home here in Florida.

I have two properties closing soon we are debating wholesaling.

We'd like to help them and do a deal but I can't think of how it can happen with the way the numbers are....unless there is a solution we don't know about because we are so new to investing.

If you think that appreciation will continue forever remember that is what people thought in 2006-2007  I think we are in agreement there, at least the first four paragraphs.For most of us in our 20s, 30s, 40s or even 50s, I'd say 50 or 60 years in regards to appreciation is not "forever" but pretty darn close to it given the average human lifespan..

A rural residential property came up here in Colorado that we are all interested in.
