My question: As those of us with access to accurate market data and knowledge are the significant minority, do we have a moral/ ethical responsibility on calling out the fear-4-profit people on the their... well their lies (no pc way to say it)? 

You don't need a Real Estate license to raise capital, but you do need education on how to do that legally, ethically and properly.

It's impressive that you've already saved money, have a strong work ethic (even already running your own business) and that your not only brave enough to do this, your on BP and actively planning your own life.  

Why should I enrichen someone else with my work ethics?

This will motivate them to push your property over other ones. ( yes I know the is not ethical for an agent to have their bonus in mind over their clients best interest, but people are people) The listing agent will still be involved, but not there showing the house. 

Most ethical lenders do not want to own the property, much less at a capital loss by overleveraging on the property. 

My work ethic is second to none and service before self has been a lifestyle that carries forward on most of the things I do. 

Assuming you have an ethical compass, it's a ton harder to skip it (or not prepare for it) if John Doe is paying for your time.  

. * I think a lot of people on here (from an ethical and safety perspective) will tell you to get permits ahh and for a liability perspective also. 

Money can be cold, hard, lifeless by itself sitting their not being put to use in some positive way for the world.Now I like to watch people working and see who really has a  great work ethic and reward them.
