Though, it's a great niche if you're willing to learn and can take the time to build relationships and establish rapport with others.

Once you establish those two items I can share some advice on what areas would work.

I suspect though you have to be pristine credit and income wise and local established in the community would be a guess on my part. 

A broker might be best in this case, if they already have established trust but I'd love to know if you find any great options!

I am graduating in May and I will become a financial advisor after passing my certifications.

The client can then control the LLC and establish one or more financial/platform accounts in the name of the LLC.  

My plans are to ground myself locally and next year look to begin virtual wholesaling the MD market so that when I relocate I will have already established some familiarity with the MD market, and have established few key business connections.
