Definitely learned that due diligence is important when seeking a real estate agent and to research the numbers for prospective rents.

Prospects I've seen might need new roofs, floors, siding/paint, maybe plumbing and electrical.

In my opinion...My tenant prospects look first for basic metrics: # of bedrooms and bathrooms plus pictures.

So that will deter many techies from moving.
