Rebecca:I would suggest that you review you lease (as previously suggested) and look for something about "quiet use and enjoyment" , basically a "Good neighbor" clause, also your lease should have something about "keeping the property in good shape".

Because the guy I was talking to kinda seemed like a jerk, like IDK if he thought I was lying or what but he could use some brushing up in customer service

In my 40 years plus in this business I have one blemish and that was when my securities attorney told me I was fine.. and the State said I was not.. they argued .. and unless I wanted to spend 100 to 200k going to law review court..

Basically, the seller is only accepting “highest and best” and will review on Day 21, which will put them into the space where investors can begin bidding.

Review the title report carefully, it should all be there. 

I plan to leave honest, straight forward reviews on Yelp and all other sites I can find, but I wonder what else I can do?

Look at listings in the area you want to buy, check how many reviews they get per month in the off season.
