I will definitely be looking into the aspects you mentioned, if I consider further.

The only answers I can come up with are things like some REITs are publicly traded, and REITs are required to have 100+ shareholders - aspects that real estate holding companies are not required to have/be.If anybody can explain to me the differences between the two, I welcome and appreciate your responses/comments.Thank you.

It place is a great to meet new friends and learn about various aspects of real estate and more.

If the person moves and doesn't the forwarded mail, which is on 6-12 months, the notice is no good and you have a bad title even with the debts all being paid off.In my 8 hour class we spend a long time on notice, its a critical issue. 

It's not critical that they have an office in the area where you are selling or buying.  

Not sure why people want to be critical?

Not saying these other areas won't experience growth (I guess I'm also a big perma-bull, Steven), I just think Garfield will have quicker and higher returns.I know this goes against my "observation" only criticism from the original post, but to be honest I'm still very new to the field of real estate and I'm looking to use these kinds of posts in order to start discussions so I can learn from local area experts and/or newcomers like yourselves (and vice versa you learn from myself and one another).

All aspects of the hardware are programmable from a phone as well as on the actual device. 

Honestly, this is one of the more difficult aspects to figure out.
