The BP podcasts are a great tool, if you havent checked them out yet; I recommend that you do. 

You didn't lose 200k, the seller did, and they would be entitled to count it as losses.Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I doubt it.

In terms of companies, it is unlikely that one company will be able to do all the coverage correctly or affordably.

Hi Ryan-Banks generally won't count rental income unless it was reported on your taxes, correct.
