I am writing to seek clarification regarding the insurance claim check that was recently issued to me as the payee, with both my personal name and the mortgage company's name listed.

Difference is Primary you must work remote for a company or have a contract set up to show you will be working in that state.

I do plan on managing my first property myself if it's a buy and hold, and as I accumulated more properties I will be hiring a PM company.

We've thought about subbing out to a proper "property management" company but we really don't need help collecting rent or expenses (this is all done electronically online) or even finding new Tenants on the odd occasion when we have an Apt turnover (we use Brokers for that) ...

There are several skip tracing companies to use that can do this for you.
