basically my partners & myself tied up a four plex all 1/1 600 sq foot for 1k down with lease option of 2 years, we can purchase property or give back to owner, plus the owner is carrying the balance.

Will they shoot themselves and everyone else in the foot and flood the market, or will they be wise (and greedy) and release slowly, taking more time, but keeping prices stable.

Have you guys ever noticed a difference with Mother and child as tenants, good or bad?

I haven't heard anything about it being mandatory, except that schools can always require each child to be vacinated, and I suppose they could add H1N1 to the list of required vaccines.I wouold never allow my child to receive any vaccine with as little testing as that one.

You simply need to be firm and put your foot down.

I know condition, current estimated value, ARV, price per foot, costs of repairs will all contribute to the top price I can bid.
