The issue with my property is that it lies on the very outskirts of 'South Lake Tahoe' (even though it's only 4 miles from the lake itself) and while it was booking amazing for me on VRBO/HomeAway I always had trouble getting a good balance of share with AirBNB.  

It was a lie....I was upside down on my house in the blink of an eye.  

The numbers do not lie.

I left feeling like I got to know everyone there, were their interest and experience lied and that I made contacts and friends.

The property itself lies in Mount Washington according to Hamilton County Auditor records.  

I'm an underwriter by trade so the numbers/management/relationships is why my strengths lie.

I see he's highly decorated realtor and I don't see why you'd spread lies about not needing a RE license to wholesale and ruin your reputation to make a buck but hey people are scum so I don't know.All I know is I'm a young professional looking to pick up a 2nd side business go make my family's life better and looking for advice on the above questions.
