Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

It took three people almost 20 trips each to load it into my car.

I am involved in the Real Estate Club/Association on campus and we go on a trip every year around spring break time (End of February- Mid-April).

It’s on acreage, way out in the county with no neighbors nearby to bother or hotels to divert business away from, doesn’t effect the character of the neighborhood or any of the usual arguments against.

As per determining the true value of your home you can get it formally appraised (which I am not a fan of) or you can take a trip to the city and look at the sale records of homes in your immediate area.

It's going to take a lot of work, trips to the market, and many deal analyses!

With a good tenant, it make be a once or twice a year trip.
