Most smaller projects will not think to use a project manager but they are the ones that will end up complaining about how long a project took to complete and be crying about ending up paying over 70% over budget and scared that the house they built will not sell because they have their lenders breathing down their neck for payment of their loans. 

I hadn't thought of looking there, but I was surprised to find out that on the Hillsborough site you can actually search through certain filters to find tax deliquent owners, mortgage/deed dates etc.

Once you have some breathing room systematize whatever is consuming the greatest amount of your time.

They must replace the a/c filters.  

Pump/Filter shouldn't set you back too much.  

So, instead of getting a day of info that's true but filtered through the idea of what the city of MKE wants us to do, think, etc which is not necessarily always in our best interest, you get the BEST landlord attorney in the area, who has worked full time for decades here and knows every law inside and  out, BUT here's the real value of Atty Petit-you can memorize every landlord/tenent law if you'd like to, but anyone attending the bootcamp will know far more than you, without knowing a single law!

Are they going to change the AC filter every three months?

I'm not saying its right, because it isn't, but I wouldn't waste a lot of breath over an overage of less than 10%.

The comps certainly support the numbers we are trying to work within with some room to breathe.
