Low-income neighborhood and lower price point has attracted FHA applicants ... and all the FHA hassle that goes with it. 2 buyers fell out due to finances, 1 buyer backed out after the 25 page FHA inspection painted a picture of a house that deserves demolition.

You could probably leverage your writing skills to attract people to you through a great website or FB page to find deals, BUT you'd also still need to learn the numbers and make relationships and find the deals to actually PROVIDE to those people in your sales channel you've worked so hard to create with your awesome writing skills.
