That said, all new vinyl windows may attract the buyer who is looking for that added value.

Also, it's a good school district and located right off I4 which will take you straight to the attractions, Daytona Beach or all the way to the Gulf Coast.  

Maybe down the road one of my options will be attractive to them.

Low-income neighborhood and lower price point has attracted FHA applicants ... and all the FHA hassle that goes with it. 2 buyers fell out due to finances, 1 buyer backed out after the 25 page FHA inspection painted a picture of a house that deserves demolition.

I think a shady back yard is an attractive feature.  

It's nice that they say they pump often and are careful with their system, but that isn't worth much beyond the breathe they say it with.

I'm talking about the Heights, Midtown, the Montrose, basically anything west of downtown inside the loop.There are a couple of faded glory neighborhoods inside the loop that are attracting attention with developers.

You could probably leverage your writing skills to attract people to you through a great website or FB page to find deals, BUT you'd also still need to learn the numbers and make relationships and find the deals to actually PROVIDE to those people in your sales channel you've worked so hard to create with your awesome writing skills.
